Non-Fiction Kindle EPUB Conversion
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
I have a short non-fiction manuscript that I’m ready to distribute through Amazon Kindle.
The print file is complete, but it now needs to be converted into a clean, standards-compliant EPUB.
The book is 121 pages, and most of those pages have single-line quotes on them and endnotes.
It's important to keep each section closely preserved with the surrounding text rather than living on separate pages. So image placement and basic accessibility tags are important.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A single, validated EPUB that passes Kindle Previewer and EPUBCheck without errors
• All quotations preserved inline, styled consistently, and flowing naturally on any device size
• All existing artwork embedded, properly compressed, and anchored so it scales but never drifts away from the intended paragraph
There is no table of contents,
If you’re comfortable working in tools such as InDesign, Calibre, or Sigil and can show samples of previous Kindle conversions, I’d love to send the manuscript and artwork assets right away.
This is a non-profit book that will be marketed in India, and proceeds will go to educate orphan girls in the poorest counties on the planet. The book is an easy project so the price will be very important. Please submit your price and your time line. Thank you!
