Kindle Direct Help

I have 3 Read Along Coloring books with KDP. (The Riding Lessson, The Horse Show, The Trail Ride by Pat Young). I need help navigating their site to 1) get my royalty payments 2) Get them on KDP Bookshelf and in other important places on their site 3)Get them on the top of Amazon's search 4) Get them adverised in the most cost-effective way. 5) Order Author Copies. Initially, I will want someone to talke to be on the phone. Then we can text/email. Thanks!
