KDP High Content Niche Hunter!

I am looking for a person to work with on an ongoing basis to find niches for publishing books on the Amazon KDP platform. The niches I am interested in are HIGH CONTENT niches. I am not interested in simple notebooks, coloring books and other such simple books.
I am interested in products such as activity books, guidebooks, popular science books, etc.
I am not looking for people who do not know the rules of a good niche. I am looking for people with experience in this subject!
