Fixed Format ePub

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Fixed Format ePub that includes text and images. The content for the ePub will have an approximate word count of 100 words, 18 illustrations including from and back cover. It's a Children's book. If you don't know what a FIXED FORMAT eBook is, do not bother reaponding. Must generate the Fixed Format for Amazon, Apple, Kobo, etc.
Skills and Experience:
