Experienced EPUB Specialist needed to convert my book to EPUB format.

Hi, I’ve written a book titled "How to Manage Your Anxiety: A Practical Guide." I am looking for someone to create an EPUB version for me that I can use on platforms such as Amazon Kindle. Please read the following points:
*I've already hired a graphic designer, who has created the cover and has also designed/formatted the entire interior. However, he does not know how to convert the original file to an EPUB format (for Amazon Kindle, Nook, Apple Books, etc.).
*I am looking for someone with a fair amount of experience who can create an EPUB format from the source files.
*I have a few graphs and tables in my book, and I’d like readers to be able to enlarge them if necessary.
*I am looking for someone who is in the United States.
*I want someone who works directly with the file (i.e. who does not use a third-party or auto-conversion tool)
