Edit book cover for KDP publishing

I hired a freelancer to design a book cover. I am happy with it but the texts and format of the cover is not suitable for kdp publishing. I need someone to edit the cover so that it fits the 12.944 x 9.25 inch format amazon wants it in. I need someone very familiar with kdp publishing
