Book Coach/Assistant to Get First Mini-Book Done!

Have you created a PDF or Kindle ebook? I need help creating and finishing the first of many non-fiction spiritual mini-books (40-80 pages). the topical area is Spirituality/Philosophy. Specifically the first book is on the Sentient Soul. Non-religious.
I have an outline and some chapters done. What I need is simply someone to help guide me with getting it done. I have a lot of material and I need to reduce them down into one or more summary type small books. Where I'm having trouble is in summarizing the material succinctly and...I keep losing my placing with the writing. I have memory problems and I need someone that can keep me on track weekly.
You do not have to be a great editor...My own writing style is unusual and does not lend itself to academic type editing. Looking for more of a "get the message across" with "plain talk writing". A couple years of experience, some relevant projects, meet twice a week or so to go over the writing plans and the actual writings. Somewhere around 4-6 hours per week I expect. I can dictate the chapters or just write them. I need you to read what I write and guide me to create a fairly flowing story line which gets the information across.
Many more books after this one. Then videos and an online school. So more work in the future for the right person. Tell me what you've accomplished with short non-fiction books. And how you'd approach this project.
