Audiobook Format Conversion

I need an experienced freelancer to convert my audiobook files into a downloadable format with chapter breaks and a resume feature. Currently, I have 16 chapters in both mp3 and m4b formats.

Requirements:
- Compatibility with multiple platforms (Audible, iTunes, Google Play Books)
- Evenly spaced chapter breaks
- Inclusion of metadata: chapter titles, author information, and cover art
