Amazon Book Formatting Expert Needed

I'm in need of a skilled individual with prior experience in formatting books for Amazon CreateSpace.
Key Requirements:
- I have a 115-page book currently in a Word document that needs to be expertly formatted for the Amazon CreateSpace platform. This includes ensuring the text is legible, font is consistent and images are correctly placed.
- You need to have prior experience in formatting books for Amazon CreateSpace, specifically for paperback books in the 6" x 9" size.
- Attention to detail is crucial. The final document should be error-free and look professional.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with Amazon CreateSpace for paperback books.
- Proficient in formatting books in Word document to meet Amazon CreateSpace standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documents.
- Knowledge of the requirements for paperback books, specifically in the 6" x 9" size, on Amazon CreateSpace.
I have attached examples of the pages I need formatted. This is a very easy job because it just requires making things perfectly centered and looking nice. I will also want some musical/rock and roll designs on the borders surrounding the text
