Post TV Show on Amazon Prime using using Amazon Direct

I am looking for someone to me step by step how to put one film on Amazon prime and get it accepted. I have followed all you tube videos steps and Amazon prime rejected every step I did. So if you did it before.
I have same issue with Tubi.
