FIRESTICK APP TO DISPLAY API INFORMATION

I am looking to have someone develop a FIRESTICK APP that will be able to log into a server over an API I provide, it will only ask for a 6 digit verification code, and then check if that code is active, no need for password or resets or anything like that. After the server authenticates the code then it will display one screen that will have text on it and send a REST API call every 30 seconds to check for updated text. I have attached a sample file of the screen after log in, it will change a little bit on what the text says but it will be very basic like that nothing complicated for version 1.
Version 2 down the road I Want to be able to add in ADM, and then have the user be able to take the remote through different screens of text to show more windows. For now please give me your price in the bid for Version 1 I have described and please mention Version 1 in your bid for me to respond to you
