help me sell a product on amazon

I urgently need someone who knows how to get my book from the printer to amazon distribution centre and to set dashboards up so that we can see how well they are selling. I have registered with seller central and have all the descriptors/pics/marketing material - just very overwhelmed by the process of telling amazon what is coming and how to ship it. Need help urgently please.
