I am looking for a freelancer who can provide ongoing management support for my Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) needs.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Ability to optimize product listings and manage customer reviews and feedback

Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management of FBA and FBM processes
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Handling customer orders, including shipping and tracking
- Managing customer returns and refunds
- Optimizing product listings for better visibility and sales
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback
