**Key Responsibilities:**
- Creating, uploading, and optimizing product content (descriptions, images, keywords) in compliance with platform guidelines, without advertising elements.
- Managing product listings to ensure accuracy and adherence to marketplace requirements.
- Handling customer inquiries on platforms (responding to questions, resolving issues).
- Communicating directly with marketplace representatives to address operational matters (e.g., disputes, policy updates).
- Monitoring and updating product data within platform systems.
- Collaborating with the internal team on logistics and inventory management.
- Reporting on content management and customer service activities.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with content on international marketplaces.
- Knowledge of the specifics of the top 10 European e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Allegro, Zalando).
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing product content per platform guidelines.
- Experience in customer service on marketplaces (e.g., responding to inquiries, managing feedback).
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
