Fix Amazon FBA Removal Issue

I’m trying to create a removal order for my FBA product stored in Germany, but Amazon is blocking it. They told me the issue is that my VAT is not registered for the Germany (DE) marketplace, and because of that the system isn’t syncing my inventory properly.
I need someone who can check whether Germany VAT registration is actually required just to remove or dispose inventory, help resolve the issue so I can successfully submit the removal order, and ensure the batch file (if needed) is prepared correctly and accepted by Amazon.
