Expert Amazon FBA Sourcing Specialist

Hello Freelancers,

We are a UK-based Amazon FBA business and are looking for a long-term team member to work in a sourcing position.

Our core operation focuses on US → UK FBA sourcing, and we are also expanding into UK → UK wholesale (we are VAT registered). Once our sourcing processes and compliance checks are fully established, we may extend sourcing to additional countries based on operational and commercial requirements.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (to be discussed for best timeline)
Availability: We require a set schedule (to be discussed) to ensure consistent communication.

Responsibilities:

Daily Sourcing
Quota Management: daily/weekly targets for approved products
Reporting: Daily update of the Google Sheet and a brief end-of-day report.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience with sourcing (OA - WS - BD) (specifically US to UK is a strong plus and also UK to UK is possible).

Compensation:

Negotiable Salary: The salary displayed in this job post is a placeholder. Final monthly compensation will be discussed and determined based on your experience and skill level.

Performance Review: Salary review and potential bonus structure after the probation period.
