Expert Amazon FBA Assistant Needed

Job ID: 40064317

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I manage an Amazon FBA store focused on the Mexican marketplace and I’m looking for an experienced, Spanish-speaking assistant who can take over the day-to-day back-end work so I can stay focused on growth.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around three core areas: keeping inventory healthy, turning each listing into a high-converting asset, and finding new, profitable products to add to our catalog. Because the business is already running at scale, I need someone who arrives with an expert-level understanding of Amazon FBA workflows and can show proven results using Jungle Scout and other similar softwares for research and forecasting.

What the role covers
• Inventory management – monitoring stock levels, setting reorder points, coordinating shipments to Amazon’s MX fulfillment centers, and flagging potential stock-outs before they happen.
• Listing optimization – rewriting titles, bullets, keywords and A+ content, uploading improved images, and tracking ranking/CTR to measure impact.
• Product research – using Jungle Scout and other product search engines to identify demand gaps, estimate margins, and deliver concise reports that justify why each opportunity fits our brand.

Key deliverables & cadence
- Weekly inventory status report plus a restock plan for the next 30 days.
- Two or more listings optimized and pushed live every week, complete with keyword tracking.
- A minimum of three fully vetted product opportunities per week, including sales estimates, cost breakdown, and recommended launch strategy.

If you’re confident in your Amazon policy knowledge, fluent in data-driven decision making with Jungle Scout, and comfortable collaborating in real-time via Slack and Sheets, I’d love to hear how you can help take the store to the next level.
