About Us:
We are Paawy – a young, dynamic startup developing innovative dog snacks sold on Amazon. As a small team, we’re looking for a proactive freelancer to support our complete product launch process and help drive our success.
Your Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution:
• Create and implement straightforward project plans for each product launch, divided into phases such as Preparation, Execution, Launch, and Monitoring & Optimization.
• Manage deadlines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Asana.
• Cost & Strategy:
• Analyze and calculate costs (purchase prices, shipping, PPC budgets, etc.).
• Assist with product registration and packaging design approvals.
• Digital Marketing & Content:
• Independently set up and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Generate ideas for email campaigns, social media content, and product images.
• Create SEO-optimized listings and A‑Plus content—using generative AI for idea generation and content optimization is a plus.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Implement and monitor tracking systems (e.g., keyword tracking, PPC performance, customer reviews) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates on project status.
• Team Communication:
• Work closely with the founders, keeping them updated on progress, challenges, and new ideas.
Your Profile:
• Experience in project planning and execution, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon SellerCentral and PPC campaigns.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
• Enjoyment of creative ideation and openness to using generative AI for content creation.
• Reliability and clear, direct communication skills.
