Purpose and Mision of the role:
The Country Manager will be in charge of Several countries of only one (1) Amazon Market. They’ll be in charge of managing that market's Product Listings by increasing traffic (Sessions) to the listings by 50% and by increasing the Average Conversion Rate (CVR%) by 40% at the end of the first 12 months. In addition, they’ll be in charge of handling the PPC Budgets and Projections for that specific Marketplace(s) Products. Finally they’ll be in charge of handling day to day operations for that specific Market such as; troubleshooting listing suppression etc.

Day to Day Operations
Listing Creation
Everything regarding Creating Product Listings and coordinating with the creative team to get the following in place..
Copywriting
EBC
Coupons
Infographics
Images
Category Approvals
Lightning Deals ---> Profit Calculations
Deal Submission and talking to different departments (Stock Levels & Finances)
Flat File Creation
Troubleshoot / Listings / Inventory
Follow Up email Creation / Tweaking
Split Tests
Project Management
Launches Process
Image Creation
Briefing
Managing Proofreading
SOP Creation & Updating
Apart from the above, you would also be expected to achieve the following
Amazon - Defend:
Maintain Top 10 Ranking for 15 main Keywords on Mature Markets by Defending our Positions.
Conduct Monthly:
Split and A/B tests for Listings (Price, Images etc..)
Plan and Execute Amazon Ranking Sales Campaigns
Amazon - Manage:
Maintain 99% Service Level on Amazon
All Products in Stock in coordination with the operations department
Seller Feedback: 95% positive, in coordination with our Customer Happiness department for your Market.
Manage, in coordination with the Customer Happiness Team Lead, that
Ticket response time below 12h
No Negative Reviews on the first page of a listing page.
