Title: Amazon “Seller Central – Listing + Compliance + Feedback” Specialist
Description:
We are a seller based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) selling on Amazon.sa / other marketplaces. We require an experienced freelancer to handle the following:
Create & optimise product listings (Arabic + English) including titles, bullets, backend keywords, variations, A+ Content.
Address listing compliance issues: suppressed listings, category approval, document submission, Amazon policy queries.
Monitor and manage customer feedback & reviews: respond to reviews/questions, escalate account health issues, manage feedback removal requests.
Skills required: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon listing SEO, Amazon compliance/policy knowledge, Arabic & English language (ideal), good communication.
Deliverables & terms:
Monthly retainer or fixed-price per batch of SKUs (please quote both).
Provide examples of past Amazon listing work + metrics (improved click-through, conversion, suppression resolved).
Weekly reporting of tasks done and issues addressed.
Ability to work Riyadh hours / overlap with Gulf time zone.
Budget: Please quote your hourly rate and expected monthly cost (skus 8000+) and any minimum contract term.
