Amazon Overstock Strategy & Ads

My Amazon FBA catalog has accumulated excess inventory and Amazon keeps sending me recommendation reports. I need someone who can read those documents, explain what every recommendation means, and then carry out the required fixes inside Seller Central so my account stays in good standing.

Once the operational side is handled, I’d like to move stock quickly with promotions. You’ll set up and monitor percentage-off coupons that make sense for my margins, and build Sponsored Product Ads that target the right keywords to push the discounted items.

Deliverables
• Actioned checklist of every recommendation pulled from Amazon’s performance and inventory health reports, with before/after screenshots.
• Live percentage-off coupon campaigns for selected SKUs, configured with start/end dates, budget caps, and performance tracking.
• Sponsored Product Ad campaigns (structure, targeting, bids, neg-keywords) focused on clearing overstock, plus a brief report on results after the first week.
