We are looking for someone exceptional to perform daily various virtual assistant tasks for our business. The candidate must be well organized and ready to learn!
The tasks include data entry, customer service responses, shipment reconciliation, etc.
Skills Required
- Advanced Google Sheets
- Fluent English
- Reliable internet connection
Skills Preferred
- Amazon Seller Central
- Virtual assistance experience
Example Tasks
- Create inventory sheet entries in Google Sheets from order confirmation emails with relevant info (Supplier, cogs, etc)
- Contact customer support with order confirmations to receive a sales tax refund on sites that require it
- Weekly check of Stranded Inventory Tab
- Watch for ASINs receiving many return requests for inaccurate descriptions or wrong items sent
- Respond to customer messages in Amazon Seller Central in a timely manner (less than 12 hours) to help solve their issue
