Amazon FBA setup in Europe and UK

Setup Amazon FBA correct.
I'm having some issues with FBA and could use some help to getting it setup correct.
At this point I only have two unique products but around 1000 pcs. of each - which are older collectable items with a sale value around EUR 100-200 pr. piece.
I have been experimenting with selling mainly FBC and a single FBA sale in Germany - until closed down as I did not have a valid German VAT-ID (I´m applying for one now).
I´m located in Denmark and have been shipping out to Europe - with a lot of errors as I cannot get customer e-mails to add to the shipments. So a lot of errors on the orders and then I assume low rating due to this which I would like to avoid.
Issues:
* Product only showing as second choice seller.
* Need to change the description as age has affected the product with had a working app (not supported anymore). So need to add and change the generic descriptions.
* Avoid buyers being able to refund without return.
* I'm located in Denmark and would like to sell the products to Europe but also to the UK. UK being outside of Europe due to Brexit causes some issues with shipments - So would like to sell them FBA direct to Amazon , UK. And for this I need help with correct setup.
* Give possible solutions to improve current assumable lower internal rating, so listings are visual and customers can order easily.
Generally I´m inquiring for overall optimal setup with FBA.
