Amazon FBA in UAE : Manage Account

Need someone who can manage my Amazon FBA in UAE. (I have my emirates ID and want to open Amazon FBA in UAE) it will be a monthly "salary" based project or monthly "profit sharing" project. Need someone who can do product hunting from alibaba and other platforms, find best suppliers, negotiate with them, place the orders and boost for good sales with a good listing. I am looking for a profit based (or incentive based) person, rather than a fixed salary based person.
