Amazon FBA Specialist for European Expansion
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Amazon FBA Operations Manager – Experienced Specialist for European Market Expansion
My Amazon brand is expanding rapidly across European marketplaces, and I am looking for an experienced Amazon FBA specialist to manage all logistics and operational aspects of our Seller Central account.
The goal is simple: ensure that inventory is always available, shipments move smoothly from our Chinese supplier, and the account runs flawlessly so we can continue to grow across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire FBA shipment process, from creation to delivery at Amazon’s European fulfillment centers
Coordinate directly with Chinese suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely restocking
Monitor inventory levels, restock needs, and sales forecasts across multiple EU marketplaces
Handle receiving discrepancies, stranded units, and warehouse issues
Keep the Inventory Performance Index (IPI) healthy and within target
Open and follow up on Amazon support cases until resolution
Maintain overall account health, compliance, and smooth operations
Note: Listing optimization, PPC, and SEO are managed by another team. This position focuses exclusively on fulfillment and operational management.
Candidate Profile
2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations
Proven record managing 50+ SKUs and 5,000+ monthly units or more
Deep understanding of FBA workflows in the European region (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, etc.)
Comfortable working directly with Chinese suppliers and freight partners
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator (Slack and Loom required)
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex FBA issues (shipment delays, misplaced inventory, fee disputes, etc.)
Please include a concrete example of how you successfully managed a shipment issue or resolved an FBA fee error in the past.
Compensation
Competitive base pay depending on experience
Profit-sharing or performance-based bonuses as the brand grows
Part-time to start, with the option to expand to full-time as sales increase
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test exercise: creating a restock forecast based on our current inventory reports.
This helps both sides confirm a good fit before entering a long-term collaboration.
If you are process-driven, analytical, and already familiar with the rhythm of Amazon’s European FBA network, I’d love to hear how your experience can help keep our inventory flowing and our brand growing.
To apply, please include:
Your FBA experience (years, number of SKUs, monthly volume)
A specific example of a shipment or fee issue you resolved
Your availability and compensation expectations
