Amazon.ca FBA Launch Assistant

Job ID: 40489613

Budget: $8 – $15 CAD

We are an established e-commerce business preparing to roll out a new catalog and launch on Amazon.ca. We are focusing on high-yield opportunities, reselling products with the potential to generate $1.5K to $2K in monthly side income on a capital investment of around $3K to $4K.

We need a reliable, versatile Virtual Assistant who can own the day-to-day sourcing and operational work that keeps an FBA launch on track.

Primary Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Analysis: Research profitable RA/OA and catalog opportunities from Canadian suppliers. All leads must meet our core criteria: minimum 30% ROI and 10+ price drops/month on Keepa. Vet suppliers, check gating/FBA eligibility, and deliver daily findings.

Order Processing & Inventory Management: Place and track orders efficiently from source retailers. Track sell-through, forecast restocks, create replenishment orders, and keep Canadian FBA centers consistently in stock using a shared tracker.

Listing Optimization: Build fully optimized listings with keyword-rich copy, backend search terms, and image briefs that meet Amazon style guidelines.

Customer Support: Manage the customer service queue, professionally handling inquiries, tracking updates, and return requests.

You are welcome to use your preferred tool stack—Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or spreadsheets—so long as the data backs up each decision and we can follow the logic.

Requirements
Proven experience sourcing RA/OA and launching products specifically for Amazon.ca.

Deep understanding of brand gating, Amazon policies, Canadian fee structures, and FBA requirements.

Experience managing order placement, inventory forecasting, and e-commerce customer service.

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills (understanding Canadian bilingual nuances is a big plus).

Acceptance Criteria (First Milestones)
Product Opportunities: Delivery of viable product leads complete with margin analysis, cost/fee structures, and source paths.

Operations: An inventory tracker setup that clearly flags reorder points, lead times, and daily tracking.

Listing Ready: Optimized listing drafts ready to upload, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keyword research.

Next Steps
This role starts immediately with a paid test task to evaluate your sourcing logic and skills. Exceptional performance will lead to a long-term, ongoing role with consistent hours as our store goes live.
