Amazon Ads for Kitchen utensils company

We need a freelancer who can teach us everything about Amazon ads and make some campaigns for us. The freelancer must already be working on Amazon ads and may be managing some accounts.
We are a kitchen utensils company in India who has recently started selling on Amazon. Our inventory is in the FBA fulfilment center and we need to run ads to sell it.
Preferably the freelancer must speak Hindi and can do calls on Whatsapp as there may be a few initial calls on it.
The freelancer will initially have a few Whatsapp calls with us and then we will begin making the campaigns.
We have questions about organizing campaigns, reviewing campaigns, budgets, and more.
The freelancer must already have handled big size clients and has the efficiency to manage multiple campaigns. It is must that the freelancer knows the latest software like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or any other software.
The goal is to do adequate knowledge sharing and help in setting up of campaigns. This is a per hour-based project. The per hour charges we are considering will be about Rs. 150.
