Add product to FBA Fulfillment

We have product we have been trying to add to FBA for a while. We keep getting flagged as a pesticide but have people selling this exact same product through FBA that we have sold to them (customized with their branding) with no problems. We have opened tickets and have tried to get help but would like an expert to look into this for us. Please message for more information. Thanks!!
