Alexa and Power Automate Question Help

I am attempting to build an Alexa skill that integrates with Power Automate. I have it working but it appears to be timing out waiting for the Power Automate to finish running my Desktop Flow. I understand the default timeout is 8 seconds but came across a feature to use a DeferredResponse to override this default timeout. The issue I have is understanding how to implement this workaround. If someone has an answer to this I will award the project and disperse funds if the answer works for me.
