eCommerce business piloting Dashboard

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me pilot an eCommerce business with a custom, feature-rich dashboard in PowerBI ideally, Excel otherwise.
The primary use of this dashboard would be data visualization, giving me a comprehensive view of the business activities and progress.
The required features of the dashboard include analytics for sales , e-Merchandising, consumer behavior and Media data. I need a freelancer who has experience in developing similar projects in the past and is able to create a detailed project proposal to demonstrate their understanding of this project.
The successful freelancer will understand the importance of data visualization in achieving success for the business and will have the necessary skillset to bring this project to life. They will need to provide a comprehensive report of the process and timeline of the project at the end of each stage.
