Performance Marketing Expert for Bakevora (Amazon, Google Ads, Meta & D2C Growth)

Job ID: 40626894

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

About Bakevora

Bakevora is an Indian bakery and packaged-food brand offering premium cookies, tea cakes, festive hampers, breads and celebration cakes. We currently sell through Amazon India, our website, Swiggy and direct channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp.

We are looking for an experienced performance marketing professional who can help us increase profitable online sales—not just impressions, followers or clicks.

Primary objective

The immediate priority is to grow Amazon India sales profitably. The selected professional should also help us build an integrated growth strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and our website.

Scope of work

1. Amazon India growth
• Audit our existing Amazon listings and advertising campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and search-term research.
• Create and optimise Sponsored Products campaigns.
• Improve campaign structure, bids, budgets and negative keywords.
• Reduce wasted advertising spend and improve ACOS, TACOS and ROAS.
• Recommend improvements to product titles, images, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, offers and conversion rate.
• Support campaigns for best-selling cookies, new products and festive hampers.
• Provide guidance on Brand Store, A+ Content and Sponsored Brands where applicable.
• Ensure that all work follows Amazon policies and does not negatively affect our existing India account.

2. Google Ads
• Audit or set up Google Ads correctly.
• Manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns where suitable.
• Improve keyword targeting, location targeting and conversion tracking.
• Drive high-intent customers to Bakevora’s website.
• Build remarketing campaigns and reduce irrelevant traffic.

3. Meta Ads
• Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Create campaigns for website orders, WhatsApp enquiries, festive hampers and local bakery orders.
• Develop clear audience, retargeting and creative-testing strategies.
• Recommend ad concepts, hooks, offers and content requirements.
• Track actual leads, orders and revenue instead of vanity metrics.

4. Website and conversion improvement
• Review our website customer journey.
• Identify problems affecting trust, checkout and conversion.
• Recommend practical improvements to landing pages, product pages, offers, tracking and remarketing.
• Help set up or verify Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and relevant conversion tracking.

5. Swiggy and local-platform growth
Experience with Swiggy or Zomato marketing for a bakery or food brand will be a strong advantage. We are already onboarded on Swiggy but are not receiving sufficient orders. The professional may be asked to audit our menu, photographs, product names, pricing, offers, visibility and advertising opportunities.

6. Reporting and communication
• Share a clear initial audit and 30-day action plan.
• Provide weekly reports covering:
– Advertising spend
– Sales and revenue
– ROAS
– ACOS and TACOS for Amazon
– Cost per lead or order
– Conversion rate
– Work completed
– Problems identified
– Priorities for the following week
• Explain results in simple, understandable language.
• Communicate regularly and take approval before making significant changes.

Ideal candidate

• Proven experience growing Amazon India sellers.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with Indian e-commerce, D2C, food, bakery or FMCG brands is preferred.
• Able to analyse data and focus on profitable sales.
• Comfortable working with a growing small business and limited initial budgets.
• Honest about what is and is not achievable.
• Able to work as a long-term growth partner rather than simply running ads.

Application requirements

Please include the following in your proposal:

1. Relevant portfolio or case studies.
2. Real results achieved for Amazon India, e-commerce, food or D2C clients.
3. Examples showing ad spend, sales growth, ROAS or ACOS improvements.
4. Details of your Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
5. Experience with Swiggy or Zomato, if any.
6. Your proposed first 30-day plan for Bakevora.
7. Your monthly management fee.
8. Recommended minimum advertising budget, shown separately from your professional fee.
9. The tools and reporting format you use.
10. Your availability and expected communication schedule.

Important hiring conditions

• Please do not apply with a generic copied proposal.
• Begin your proposal with the words “Bakevora Growth Plan” so we know you have read the complete brief.
• Do not promise guaranteed sales or unrealistic results.
• Do not use fake reviews, prohibited practices, misleading claims or policy-violating methods.
• All advertising accounts, pixels, audiences, campaign data and creative assets will remain the property of Bakevora.
• We will provide role-based access wherever possible. Personal account passwords must not be requested.
• No major campaign, budget or account change should be made without approval.
• The shortlisted candidate will begin with a small paid trial or audit before a long-term engagement.
• Final selection will be based on relevant experience, clarity of strategy, communication and verified results—not on the lowest bid.

Expected first-stage deliverables

• Complete audit of Amazon India, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website tracking and Swiggy presence.
• Prioritised list of immediate problems and opportunities.
• Practical 30-day growth plan.
• Campaign structure and budget recommendation.
• Clear baseline metrics against which future performance can be measured.

We are looking for a reliable long-term partner who can help Bakevora build sustainable and profitable online sales while protecting the brand and its existing accounts.
“This budget is for the initial audit and 30-day implementation plan only. Long-term monthly management will be discussed separately based on performance.”
