Update an Altium Design

We need an Altium design updating for manufacture. Firstly we need the library components, which were pulled in from various locations originally, moved into the project itself. Secondly, we have a 16 x 2 LCD screen which is mounted on Pin Heders, and these are not represented in the design. These need to be added and shown on the BOM. We need a date stamp defined and added so it is picked up whenever the boards are manufactured, and populated accordingly. Add TUV mark and number. Create manufacturing files, including specifying the addition of hot glue to the capacitors for vibration damping.
