Smart Home Inductor Switch PCB
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a compact, production-ready PCB designed for a new consumer-grade smart-home device. The board’s core task is to handle a dedicated control-interface switch that will let users toggle the appliance on and off and cycle through a few operating modes. Space is not tight, so component selection and trace routing will be no problem.
You’re free to work in Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle—whichever lets you move fastest while still delivering neat, well-documented files. If you choose RF-friendly parts, please keep the layout compatible PCB Easy or JLCPCB.
Deliverables I expect:
• Schematic and PCB layout files
• Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place outputs ready for fabrication
• A tidy BOM with supplier part numbers and current pricing
• Assembly notes covering switch footprint, board dimensions, and mounting points
Acceptance criteria:
• Board fits within a 380 mm × 180 mm × 1.6 mm envelope ( Needs Confirmation )
• All nets pass your own DRC/ERC checks and a final review with me before ordering proto boards
Once I sign off on the design files, we’ll move to a quick prototype run, so please allow for at least one round of revisions.
The picture is of one Set of components. This connects to a series of relays that have 16 relays per board. So this circuit needs to be repeated 16 times ( with input and output screw terminals )
