I'm seeking a freelancer to develop a tracking device, Retro Fotax, with a four-layer PCB. The primary function of this device should be focused on data logging and storage, particularly GPS location data and communication logs from the GSM module. The device should log data every second.
Key specifications include:
- Input voltage ranging from 4V to 40V, with an operating voltage of 5V and 3.5A.
- Utilizing the ESP32-S3 SoC and EC200 module.
- Having interfaces such as UART, SD, GPS, GSM, and I2C.
- Accommodating three ADC inputs, four digital inputs, and four digital outputs.

- Proficient in PCB design and development.
