1RU 48-Port RJ45 to SCSI 3 Patch Panel PCB Design

I'm looking for a PCB designer to develop a passive 1RU, 48-port RJ45 patch panel intended for use in a server rack. These RJ45 ports will translate to the rear of the units which will convert to 6x SCSI-3 female connectors, intended to interface with a Cisco Async Card.
