PCB Layout Redesign Needed

Job ID: 40244434

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have an existing circuit that works electrically, but the board’s physical layout needs improvement. The job is a pure design modification aimed at a full layout change: component placement needs to be reconsidered, critical nets should be rerouted for cleaner signal paths, and the board outline must remain compatible with the current enclosure. All schematics are stable, so you will be working from my net-listed design rather than starting from scratch.

You can use Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle—whichever you are fastest with—provided the final deliverables meet standard DFM checks for my manufacturer (JLCPCB). Please follow IPC guidelines on spacing and maintain existing layer stack-up unless a compelling reason for adjustment is discussed first.

Acceptance criteria
• Updated editable board file in the original CAD format
• Fresh Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place outputs ready for fabrication and assembly
• Short change log highlighting every layout decision that differs from the current revision

If you have recent examples of compact, low-noise boards you have laid out, feel free to mention them when you reply.
