PCB Design For AC DC Converter of 2 Channels and Multi Cut PCB

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a production-ready PCB for a 250 W AC-DC converter that accepts a 230 ±10% VAC input and delivers a 2 channel 5.5 V DC and 5 V DC.

Your job is to Design the PCB from the given Schematics, BOM and Dxfs.

• Lay out a multilayer PCB that respects creepage/clearance rules, minimizes EMI, and manages heat effectively.
• Supply Gerber/ODB++ files,
• Provide brief simulation or calculation notes justifying thermal paths.
• Include simple test and bring-up procedures so I can verify performance once fabricated.

Let me know which CAD tool you’ll use—Cadence OrCAD is Preferred.

Constrains:
1. The Maximum Height of the Complete PCB is 20mm, So any larger components will be placed horizontally and layout is done accordingly.
2. The PCB will be in multi set that can be broken down to assemble as per plan, so the test points should be given accordingly.
3. In the Given Document all pcbs are explained individually, but the final dxf will be a single PCB with Slot cuts.
