PCB Design Expert Needed - Altium 24

I need Altium Designer expert to review the schematic/PCB, change the dielectric material to Rogers RO4003C, resolve DRC issues, correct any issue in the PCB , and ensure that the PCB is manufacturable. The designer should also generate the necessary files required for manufacturing and assembly. The PCB is already routed, but some modifications may be required.
The PCB is a simple 6-layer PCB with 2 through-hole connectors, and all other components are surface-mount with 2 or 3 terminals.
All changes should be documented in detail.
