I already have a fully verified schematic for a 52 mm × 38 mm vehicle-charging circuit and a proven reference board that hits the desired 3 A+ current. The only thing missing is a clean, production-ready PCB layout in Altium Designer.
Here’s the scope. You will open the supplied Altium project, keep the few components that must stay in their prescribed spots, and then focus on smarter routing and solid polygon pours so the high-current paths match—or beat—the reference board’s performance. No external standards or certifications are required; good engineering practice and clear manufacturability are what matter.
Once we agree on timeline and cost, I’ll send you:
• The verified schematic
• My previous PCB files
• The reference design used for copper-pour guidance
Deliverables are straightforward: the updated Altium project, Gerber/ODB++ outputs, and a short note outlining any tweaks you made to hit the current target. That’s it—an easy, well-defined task for an experienced Altium user.
