Multi-Layer Industrial PCB Design
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 INR
I’m finalising an industrial-grade control module and now need a seasoned PCB engineer to turn my block-level diagram into a production-ready, multi-layer board. The application is harsh-environment industrial equipment, so component placement, impedance control, thermal relief and EMI mitigation all have to be handled with extra care.
Here’s what I expect:
• A clean schematic capture (Altium Designer, KiCad or equivalent) backed by my existing part list.
• A compact multi-layer layout that meets common industrial spacing, creepage and clearance rules.
• Complete fabrication data—Gerbers, drill files, IPC-356 netlist, pick-and-place and an organised BOM with manufacturer part numbers.
• Simple 3-D step model so I can verify enclosure fit.
• Brief design notes summarising layer stack-up, impedance targets and any special assembly instructions.
Acceptance criteria: all files pass standard DRC/ERC, are ready for a mainstream fab house, and land in my inbox as fast as humanly possible—the project is flagged ASAP. If you have experience delivering ruggedised boards for industrial gear and can start immediately, let’s make this board a reality.
