Medium Double-Sided PCB Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a double-sided, plated-through-hole PCB for a scientific-industry device. The finished board must fit within 100 mm × 100 mm and be delivered as a complete Altium Designer project.
Here is what I will provide once we start: the schematic, mechanical outline, and any component datasheets that are not already in common libraries have a Physical PCB board With Simple Design ( Round Cut PCB size 70 x 70 mm ). Your task is to translate that data into a clean, manufacturable board, route all signals with proper clearances, and prepare fabrication outputs.
Deliverables
• Altium .PrjPcb with all libraries embedded
• Gerber X2, drill and pick-and-place files, ready for immediate fabrication
• PDF plots (schematic and PCB) for quick review
Acceptance criteria
• DRC passes at 100 % with my defined rules
• All nets match the supplied schematic (ERC-verified)
• Fabrication files load in an online viewer without errors
I prefer staying entirely in Altium; other tools such as Eagle or KiCad won’t suit this workflow. If you have recent experience creating medium-sized boards for laboratory or scientific hardware, your insight on component placement and signal integrity will be especially valuable.
