Industrial QR-Responsive PCB Design

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already have a draft schematic for an industrial board whose core job is to read a QR code and carry out an associated action. Before I send anything to fabrication, I need a seasoned PCB engineer to take that draft, review every net, correct any issues, and—if the architecture calls for it—redesign sections so the board will sail through DFM and compliance checks.

Scope
• Validate and refine the existing schematic
• Complete the full PCB layout, layer stack-up, routing, and clearances fit for an industrial environment
• Generate production-ready Gerber/ODB++, drill, pick-and-place, and an accurate BOM with component availability in mind
• Support the first manufacturer review and respond to any of their queries until the board is formally accepted
• Provide guidance or minor tweaks during bring-up so the board proves it can reliably decode QR input and trigger the intended on-board logic within 30 days of fab acceptance

Milestones & Release Schedule
1. 50 % on manufacturer acceptance of the submitted files (no revisions pending).
2. Remaining 50 % once a fabricated board passes functional testing—QR decoding works exactly as planned—within the 30-day window.
