I need a clean, production-ready layout for a multi-layer PCB that will sit at the heart of an item of industrial equipment. The board’s job is straightforward but mission-critical: manage and distribute power safely and efficiently, so the only mandatory section is a robust, well-isolated power-supply unit.

All routing, stack-up selection, and impedance considerations must reflect typical industrial-grade stresses—vibration, temperature swings, and potential electrical noise. I will provide the schematics, mechanical outlines, and component footprints already verified in KiCad; if you prefer Altium Designer or another professional tool, let me know and I can export the libraries.

Please keep clear separation between high-current paths and sensitive control traces, follow IPC standards for clearance, and leave tidy test-points so my in-house team can probe the board during bring-up. When finished, hand over:

• Complete, error-free Gerber/ODB++ manufacturing package
• Pick-and-place and BOM files matched to the final layout
• Original editable design files and a PDF assembly drawing

I will review with a DFM checklist and run the project through an automated ERC/DRC pass; acceptance is final when those reports come back clean.
