2.4 GHz RF Amplifier PCB Design

Job ID: 40521156

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need an RF power-amplifier stage built around the Qorvo TQP7M103 that is perfectly matched to 50 Ω at both ports and centered at 2.4 GHz. All work must be carried out in Altium Designer so that I can edit or reuse the files later.

Scope and expectations
• The amplifier should deliver the manufacturer’s typical small-signal gain and P1dB at 2.4 GHz after matching.
• The layout has to respect Qorvo’s recommended land pattern, via stitching under the paddle, and controlled impedance microstrip lines.
• Please characterise the design through a linear S-parameter simulation; I only need the plotted S11 and S21 curves and the touchstone file as proof of performance.

Required deliverables
1. Altium project folder containing:
– Schematic and compiled PCB file with clear component designators
– Layer stack definitions showing controlled-impedance traces
2. High-resolution screenshots of both the schematic and the completed PCB layout (as requested, I need both views).
3. Production files: Gerbers, NC drill, pick-and-place, and a clean BOM with manufacturer part numbers.
4. Touchstone file and a PDF/PNG graph of the simulated S-parameters for the two-port network.

I will review the submission by importing the Altium project, running a DRC, and cross-checking the simulated S-parameters against the target impedance and gain, so please make sure those items are in good order before sending.
