Expert PCB Design Engineer Needed

PCB Designer Required – Consumer Electronics Product

We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to help develop a consumer electronics product from concept to production.

Scope of Work

Design schematic and PCB layout.

Select suitable components based on cost, availability, and performance.

Create a compact, manufacturable PCB.

Perform Design Rule Check (DRC) and Electrical Rule Check (ERC).

Generate production-ready files, including:

Gerber files

BOM (Bill of Materials)

Pick-and-Place files

Assembly drawings

Support prototype manufacturing and debugging.

Recommend improvements for cost, reliability, and manufacturability.

Required Skills

Experience with KiCad, Altium Designer, or Autodesk Eagle.

Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.

Knowledge of power management, USB, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi modules (if applicable), and microcontrollers.

Experience designing PCBs for mass production.

Familiarity with EMI/EMC and signal integrity best practices.

Preferred Experience

Consumer electronics.

IoT or smart devices.

Battery-powered products.

Previous products successfully taken to manufacturing.
