ESP32 Firmware and Efficient Power Switching Circuit

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I've already built some prototypes of a circuit capable of switching a single 230 V, 16–30 A line to 4, 8, or 12 outputs—without power loss—but none of them have reached the standards I expect.

I have schematics, calculations, thermal measurements, and test logs: enough material to clarify every technical detail and speed up your work. I need a senior designer who can transform all this into a final solution, complete with ESP32 firmware, a multilayer PCB (4 or 6 layers, JLCPCB production - 3oz copper), and an accurate and documented simulation before production.

Technical requirements to be met:
• Maximum energy efficiency, component protection, and precision switching under load.
• Integrated remote control, real-time monitoring, and an alarm system.
• Proficiency with the ESP32 IDE for firmware development.

• Use of "best-in-class" design and simulation software: Altium Designer, KiCad, or another platform that ensures thermal analysis, signal integrity verification, and credible power simulations.

Expected Deliverables
- Final schematics with optimized bill of materials.
- Production-ready PCB layout (JLCPCB, Gerber, pick-and-place, stack-up).
- Simulation reports (thermal, current, transients).
- Working ESP32 firmware with remote control, telemetry, and alarm interfaces.
- Lab testing instructions.

I will accept the project once it passes the load tests (30 A continuous), insulation verification, and full network functionality. I am available to provide additional measurements or arrange a video session to show you the hardware already built. If you have the right equipment and the power switching experience I'm looking for, let's get to work right away: I want to send the files to JLCPCB as soon as the circuit passes the simulations.

I will agree on the cost of the work and the time of execution with the developer.
