Control System Double-Layer PCB

Job ID: 40514887

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a purpose-built PCB for an APAS control system that will ultimately drive a small embedded platform. The board must be laid out on two copper layers and should balance tight signal integrity with compact mechanical footprints, as space inside the enclosure is limited.

You’ll start from a functional block diagram and a rough schematic I already have on paper. Component selection is mostly open, so feel free to optimise around availability and cost. I’m comfortable with Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad, so use whichever environment lets you work fastest; I only ask for the native files along with the usual production outputs.

Deliverables
• Cleaned-up schematic ready for review
• Final two-layer through hole PCB layout (230 mm × 130 mm target size)
• Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files
• BOM with supplier links and estimated lead times
• Brief design note highlighting any critical routing or assembly considerations

Acceptance Criteria
The design should boot on first spin with all control-related signals meeting 3.3 V logic-level thresholds and no trace-to-trace crosstalk visible on a 100 MHz scope probe. Provide room for a programming header and clearly label test points so I can run firmware validation the moment boards arrive.

If this scope fits your expertise, let’s lock in the details and get the board ready for fabrication.
