Compact Dual-Band Sensor PCB Layout

Job ID: 40391737

Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

My company is building a wearable-PCB that is very small (32 mm x 20 mm), needing cellular and GNSS antenna traces and clean high-speed digital routing. Our schematic design is completed in-house using Altium Designer and we're now looking to outsource the PCB layout design to a highly-experienced, expert PCB layout engineer with deep RF design experience.

The PCB layout design must squeeze a dual-band RF section (700–1600 MHz plus 2.4 GHz) and its matching network onto the same compact PCB that carries the sensors and their digital interface. The total number of components on board is ~200, with ~100 unique manufacturing part IDs. The design uses several BGA components down to 0.3 mm pitch and 0201-sized passives.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A production-ready PCB layout with antenna traces with tight 50-Ohm impedance control
• Controlled-impedance, length-matched high-speed traces for the sensor data lines.
• A 6-layer or 8-layer stack-up and via strategy that balances RF performance with tight space constraints.
• Complete output files—Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place, and the native CAD project—plus brief design notes so manufacturing is straightforward.

We need the PCB layout to be completed using Altium. We'll validate the job by reviewing the layout in Altium.

Please share specific examples of similar PCB layout projects (at least 3) you've done so far, and whether those designs are in production.
