Breakout with Hirose DF56C-30S-0.3V(51) → 2.54 mm Header + Prototype Build

Job ID: 40004725

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need an Altium-designed breakout PCB that uses the Hirose DF56C-30S-0.3V(51) connector — the exact same connector that is on my A640 thermal module — so that my existing Hirose cable (3030300220) can plug into this board exactly like it plugs into the camera.

The breakout must bring all 30 pins into a single-row 2.54 mm header for breadboard and prototyping.

Deliverables

• 1-page schematic (1:1 pin breakout)
• Compact PCB layout with through-hole 2.54 mm header
• Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place files (JLCPCB / PCBWay)
• Altium source files including the DF56C-30S-0.3V(51) footprint
• Optional: 3D STEP model

Technical Requirements

• Use exact footprint for Hirose DF56C-30S-0.3V(51) (same connector as the camera)
• All 30 pins routed to a 2.54 mm header
• Clean, compact layout
• Silkscreen pin numbers optional
• Must pass fab house DRC without modifications

Prototype Requirement

• Manufacture 2–5 assembled prototypes
• Populate DF56C-30S-0.3V(51) + the 2.54 mm header
• Ship the assembled boards to me (I will cover PCB/assembly/shipping)
