Automotive 2-Layer PCB Design

Job ID: 40378320

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m building a compact, two-layer PCB in Altium Designer for the back-light circuit of a bus. The schematic is roughly sketched, component choices are clear, and now I need an experienced board designer to turn the concept into a production-ready layout that can survive the automotive environment (vibration, temperature swings, noise).

The job covers refining the schematic where needed, arranging the components for optimal thermal flow and EMC performance, routing the board within the mechanical outline I will supply, and running all Altium DRC checks until the file is clean. Once we are happy with the layout, I also want standard fabrication outputs so I can send the job straight to the board house.

Deliverables
• Altium project (schematic & PCB files)
• Gerbers, drill files, and ODB++ set
• Updated BOM and pick-and-place data
• A short hand-off note describing stack-up, trace widths, and any special assembly notes

If you have a solid record with two-layer automotive boards and can move quickly in Altium, let’s talk so we can lock down timelines and milestones.
